Acceptance of Delivery / Shipment
If the package arrives damaged, reject it and contact WineCarer before opening the package at support@winecarer.com. No refunds will be issued for any damages that occurred during shipping. If you accept a shipment for an item damaged by the shipper, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipper.
You must inspect each box of the order for damages or missing items before accepting your delivery. Acceptance of the delivery by you or someone acting on your behalf is your acknowledgment that the merchandise(s) as listed on the packing slip were all received and in good order.
Goods that are damaged or defective at the time of receipt can be exchanged for the same goods provided written notification is received within two business days from the time of receipt detailing the condition of the material.
Due to the handcrafted nature of the pieces, slight variations and imperfections may occur. Such attributes add to the unique character of each piece and will not be considered defects.
