60-Day Preservation

With the WineStation, you can keep your bottles in perfect condition for up to 60 days when stored inside the system. To guarantee 14-day preservation outside the system, customers must ensure the dispensing head is correctly placed and perform a complete bottle purge to inject argon gas back into the container.

Please be aware that the drip tray must be purchased separately.

You must purchase argon gas (sold separately) to ensure the machines are operational.

Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for your items to be delivered. Installation services are not included.  

The shipping company strictly follows a policy of dropping orders off at the entrance or garage and cannot enter any residences.

For orders of cooling units, wine coolers, and large-scale wine racks - we offer LTL/Curbside Delivery. Our service provides free transportation through common carriers to any customer based in the continental US.

Our transit times range from 1-3 weeks, during which the carrier will contact you in advance to set up your delivery date and time. Please note that unpacking is not included as part of this service.

We do not currently offer international shipping, but feel free to contact us directly for shipping to Canada or Mexico.

If Your Freight is Damaged

Upon delivery, customers must thoroughly inspect both the package and its contents. Should your merchandise reach you with any damage, note the packaging and product condition on the bill of lading when delivered via inside delivery or common carrier.

If your order is delivered via FedEx or USPS and arrives with signs of damage, please report the issue within seven days of receiving the package. We may often ask for a picture of the outside packaging and damaged merchandise before replacing any damaged goods.

If these guidelines are followed, your insurance claim may be accepted, and you will be held responsible for any non-refundable freight fees. In the case of damaged goods, the carrier reserves the right to repair or replace them as long as they remain in “as new” condition after restoration.

Here at WineCarer, we are committed to customer satisfaction. As the Napa Technology products are custom-made, unfortunately, no refunds can be made if an item has been opened upon delivery; however, customers may return an unopened package within 30 days for up to a 50% refund - our shipping department will ensure that all original packaging remains in pristine condition when they process your return.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel an item before it is shipped, you will incur a restocking fee of 30%. However, should the product have been dispatched already, that fee increases to 50% - and all shipping costs are at your own expense.

Customers must return the products in their original packaging, complete with any labels or accessories, and they must be unused and undamaged. WineCarer reserves the right to deny returned items and charge Customer for shipping costs if applicable.

When returning your merchandise, please be sure that it is shipped to the address supplied by our team - keep in mind that our Delaware Corporate Address isn’t a warehouse, so any items sent there will be returned to you at your own expense.

WineStation Standard Warranty is 12 months of parts and 3 Months of onsite labor. Extended Warranty and Warranty upgrades are available for purchase.

Napa Technology products are covered from the date of purchase by 12-month limited liability parts (except for consumable parts), 90-day phone support (during regular business hours of 8 AM-5:00 PM Local Time Monday thru Thursday, 8 AM-9 PM Friday, 8 AM-8 PM Saturday-Sunday) and 90-day labor warranty (during regular business hours of 9 AM-5:00 PM Local Time Monday thru Friday) for defects in materials and quality. Warranty support covers parts and labor assistance to enable the intended functionality of the product and software.

This warranty does not apply if, in the sole judgment of Napa Technology, the product fails due to damage from storage, accidents, abuse, misuse, fire, water, or acts of nature or if it has been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to product instructions, has been modified in any way, or has a defaced or removed serial number. Repair by anyone other than Napa Technology or an approved agent voids this warranty—limitation of Liability.
