Before signing off on the shipment, ensure that all items have been thoroughly inspected. Standard carrier shipments are only eligible for curbside delivery, and additional expenses may be incurred if a lift-gate or inside delivery service is requested.

When receiving a shipment from Common Carrier, two individuals are needed to receive and relocate the item correctly.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy; ensure that the item is in its original condition (unused and in factory packaging), complete with all boxes, documents, instructions, and accessories. Then you can receive an exchange or refund within 30 days!

We reserve the right to inspect and approve all returns before providing a refund. Items that have been personalized or custom-made, as well as shipping charges, are non-refundable.

The purchaser must cover return shipping fees.

If you need to return or exchange an item, complete the white return/exchange form that arrived in your shipment. Contact our Customer Service Team if it's missing, and start processing your returns now!

If you need to return an item, call us at +1 (888) 811-1902 during our business hours of Monday-Friday, 10 am - 6 pm EST. You have 30 days from when your Return Instructions are issued to package and ship the product back for a full refund of the purchase price.

Please be aware: We reserve the right to deny refunds if products are not returned following these guidelines.

All returns and cancellations with no intact packaging or damaged items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Moreover, if the item "shipped free," all associated shipping costs must also be reimbursed before any refunds are given. If you return an item, you must save your original packaging materials; destroying boxes nullifies this possibility!
