The Upright Low-E Glass Door Dual Zone Large Wine Cooler is cool and quiet. Outfitted with an Embraco Inverter Compressor and a Low-E glass door, this wine cooler reduces energy consumption by 40% while keeping your wines at their desired temperature.

This fridge offers an optional borderless black glass door to simplify your kitchen decor with polished sophistication. The glass panel is enhanced by a printed black effect at its edges for an updated and contemporary look, allowing you to see inside your refrigerator without obstructions.

    • These front-venting fridges can be built into cabinetry. Should it be built into cabinetry, an additional 0.5" should be on either side, behind, and top of the unit. These extra spaces enable units to be placed in the position efficiently, accommodate the door when opened, and without damaging the power cords.

    Curbside Shipping

    All of our orders of refrigerators receive free standard curbside truck or porch package shipping, depending on the unit size. We don't charge a residential, lift gate, or appointment fee. (Appointment windows are established by the delivery carrier. They will contact you to discuss their options. )

    • Processing Time: Usually within three business days. (Processing time in our fulfillment center from order receipt to shipment, based on stock availability and normal order volume. These estimates exclude holidays and other peak seasons)
    • Transit Time: 2-10 Business Days - Actual time depends on your distance from the fulfillment center in Southern California.

    • Delivery to your room. (Note: Up to two flights of stairs included. Please call to discuss any additional flights of stairs or unique delivery circumstances.)
    • Unpacking the unit
    • Placement in your desired location
    • Debris removal

    All that's left for you to do is plug it in, turn it on, and enjoy

    • Processing Time: Usually within three business days. (Processing time in the fulfillment center from order receipt to shipment, based on stock availability and normal order volume. These estimates exclude holidays and other peak seasons.)
    • Transit Time: Adds 3-10 days to Curbside Shipping. It is determined by a variety of factors. For example:
      1. Your distance from the delivering terminal.
      2. What days they are in your area.
      3. How quickly they can make contact with you to schedule.
      We know you want your unit as quickly as possible. If you have specific time concerns, please call us to discuss your needs before shipping.

    If Your Freight is Damaged

    To guarantee your order is in ideal condition, our supplier opens, inspects, and re-packages all merchandise before shipping. With this extra due diligence step, you can be confident you receive only the best products with every purchase.

    Upon delivery, customers must thoroughly inspect both the package and its contents. Should your merchandise reach you with any damage, note the packaging and product condition on the bill of lading when delivered via inside delivery or common carrier.

    If your order is delivered via FedEx or USPS and arrives with signs of damage, please report the issue within seven days of receiving the package. We may often ask for a picture of the outside packaging and damaged merchandise before replacing any damaged goods.

    If these guidelines are not followed, your insurance claim may be rejected, and you will be held responsible for any non-refundable freight fees. In the case of damaged goods, the carrier reserves the right to either repair or replace them as long as they remain in "as new" condition after restoration.

    Returns

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, return it within 30 days for an exchange, refund, or credit. All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition and include all components. You will only receive a credit for your purchase if it meets the criteria below.

    If you return your purchase, you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs and a 20% restocking fee. Damaged items after 30 days can not be returned. Please see the Warranties tab on each product detail page for information on what the Warranties include. If you would like to arrange an exchange for a different KingsNottle item, please get in touch with us.

    Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee

    If you decide to return a fully functioning item and, upon examination of the return, Kingsbottle determines the purchase has missing items or has been damaged, Kingsbottle will charge a fee to cover the expense. A fee will be charged for any returned product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).

    • Items shipped via FedEx/USPS (with the exclusion of those deemed non-refundable) must be returned in pristine condition, with all original packaging. You can arrange return shipping using your preferred carrier and get tracking and insurance coverage should there be any issues during transit. As a courtesy to our customers, we are delighted to organize return shipments while deducting the corresponding cost from your refund. Please note that orders qualifying for "free shipping" will have their outbound delivery fees deducted upon being sent back.
    • Wine Cabinets, coolers, cooling units, and furniture are eligible for returns within a specific timeframe. However, please take note that some items are non-refundable. Additionally, all accepted returns will incur a restocking fee. (20-30% depending on the article).
    • If you purchase custom items that have been stained, lacquered, and personalized, or gas containers (e.g., Nitrogen and Argon cylinders), their sales are final; therefore, they cannot be returned for a refund.
    • All items purchased at a discounted rate are considered final and may not be returned.

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if it has not yet shipped. However, note that custom-made items are non-refundable once customization starts.

    Customers must return the products in their original packaging, complete with any labels or accessories, and they must be unused and undamaged. The box containing the goods should be designed to protect it from damage, inscriptions, or modifications. WineCarer reserves the right to deny returned items and charge Customer for shipping costs if applicable.

    When returning your merchandise, please be sure that it is shipped to the address supplied by our team - keep in mind that our Delaware Corporate Address isn't a warehouse, so any items sent there will be returned to you at your own expense.

    Warranty

    • 2-YEAR WARRANTY (INCLUDED): KingsBottle provides a warranty that all wine cellars and beverage refrigerators be free from defects due to workmanship or material under normal use and service for a period of (2) years from the date of purchase for both parts and labor. (Note: this does not apply to the refurbished units.)
    • This warranty is extended only to the original end-user purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.
    LIMITED WARRANTY:

    If your refrigerator is not operating properly, KingsBottle reserves the right to repair or replace the refrigerator. KingsBottle may request the consumer to contact a local refrigeration company to service the refrigerator. All cost for labor and materials is covered for 2 years from the date of purchase. If KingsBottle deems the unit not repairable, KingsBottle will use the value of your original order toward a replacement (Any REPLACEMENT unit will follow the warranty terms of the initial purchase).

    THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
    • DAMAGE due to such things as an accident, misuse, abuse, mishandling, neglect, unauthorized repair, or any other cause beyond the control of the seller, whether similar or dissimilar to the foregoing. Purchaser understands and acknowledges that the goods sold here are WINE & BEVERAGE COOLERS, which house beer and other wines. Purchaser assumes all the risks of using these units, including the risk of spoilage, humidity variations, temperature variations, leaks, fires, water damage, mold, mildew, dryness, and similar perils that may occur.
    • Any DISPOSAL unit.

    Warranty is only honored for the unit which is used in the countries where the unit was initially purchased. And, if your product was purchased at any 3rd party retailer and not directly from KingsBottle, we do not offer an extended warranty policy. You MUST contact the retailer of purchase directly. In the event your retailer does not offer an extended warranty plan, we recommend you contact a third-party warranty provider or purchase the extended warranty service within a maximum of 30 days from the original purchase. However, regardless of the point of purchase, all KingsBottle coolers are backed by a TWO-YEAR manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.

    DISCLAIMER
    • The manufacturer accepts no liability for any spoilage to the content of the refrigerator, not even when the device is within the warranty period. Similarly, the manufacturer accepts no liability for personal injury due to incorrectly stored goods, which are for personal consumption or resale.
    • The parts (PCB board, temperature controller, fans, evaporator coils, condenser coils, compressor, etc) are for replacement on KingsBottle refrigerators only. We do not recommend these parts to be used for repair of other brand refrigerators, we can not guarantee the dimensions fit and the program works properly for other brand refrigerators. All parts are final sales, We don't accept returns, exchange and refund on any parts sold.
