If you purchased a Stellar Works item at full price and wish to return it, you have 14 days from receipt, provided that it is in its original state and packaging. For other brands, you have 30 days. However, there is a 20% restocking charge, and we will not reimburse you for the original delivery or return costs.
Discounted products can be returned only if we send the incorrect item or if there is a factory defect.

Damage Policy
If you receive a damaged item, please get in touch with us at support@winecarer.com. If you are present when the package arrives in a damaged condition, kindly refuse the delivery.
However, if the package arrives when you are not at home, please contact WineCarer's customer service at support@winecarer.com within 36 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be shipped. Sometimes, we may require you to fill out a damage claim form to ensure a smooth refund or exchange process.
